UEFA Champions League

Since first qualifying for the competition in 1997, the Werkself have regularly taken part in Europe's premier club competition. Bayer 04 are in the Champions League for the thirteenth time in the 2022/23 season. The biggest success was reaching the 2002 final against Real Madrid in Glasgow.
