Welcome to the club
Do you want to live your passion for the Werkself to the full? Do you want to take part in cool events, support our team on organised away trips and give your all for the Black and Reds together with like-minded supporters? Then join one of our Bayer 04 clubs. We already have over 70,000 members. And we look forward to every new face. It doesn't matter if you are on an exercise bike, learning your ABC at school (Löwenclub: (0-13 years of age), as a young person who has long been a loyal fan (Teens, 14-19 years of age), at work (Bayer 04 Club: over 20 years of age) or you are one of our more experienced supporters (Silberlöwen: from 55 years of age).

Membership concerns and questions can be directed at any time by e-mail to info@bayer04.de or by telephone on +49 214 5000 1904 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. In addition, we offer a personal member service on home match days as well as on non-match days at the following times, where concerns can be clarified directly with our staff on site.
Non-match day
- Every Wednesday from 3 - 7.04 p.m. at the service counter in the Bayer 04 Fanzone (excluding public holidays and depending on any special opening times of the Fan World)
Please note: If a home matchday falls on a Wednesday, our staff will be available on site from 3 p.m. until three hours before kick-off for all fans (including those without tickets) and from stadium opening until kick-off for all ticket holders.
Home matchday
- From stadium opening until kick-off at the service counter in the Bayer 04 Fanzone (only for ticket holders)
- From three hours to 15 minutes before kick-off at the Clubmobile on the east side of the BayArena (Bismarckstraße at the level of block B4, in front of ticket control)
