Fan LIAISON
The Bayer 04 Fan Liaison consists of Lucia „Lucy“ Thum, Sebastian „Sebo“ Friedrich, Moritz Bremshey, Carsten Cramer, Tim Gelshäuser, Lisa Ciupka and Andreas „Paffi“ Paffrath as the main team. They act as a point of contact for all matters relating to Bayer 04. These can be requests, problems, or concerns.
FAQ black market
Bayer 04 takes the fight against the ticket black market very seriously and expressly points out that tickets may only be purchased via the Bayer 04 webshop or via the Bayer 04 ticket exchange (official secondary market). All information on the black market.
SOCCER SCHOOL
Train like the first team – if you are between six and 14 years of age and want to take part then you don't have to be part of the football club. And the target does not have to be the next World Player of the Year. Come along to the Bayer 04 Soccer School and release your enthusiasm the beautiful game.

The fourth European away trip of the season in the UEFA Champions League 2025/26 takes the Werkself to the Greek capital. Head coach Kasper Hjulmand's team are away to Greek double winners Olympiacos on matchday seven in the UCL league phase. Bayer 04 to reimburse ticket prices to all travelling fans after Hamburg postponement
Due to the last-minute postponement of the Bundesliga match between Hamburg and the Werkself on Tuesday, 13 January, Bayer 04 will reimburse the ticket price to all 3,500 fans who had already travelled to Hamburg as a sign of appreciation. The tickets remain valid for the rescheduled match (date not yet set).

Derby tickets available: Women's home matches on open sale
Three of the Werkself's next four matches in the Google Pixel Women's Bundesliga are at home at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium. All fans now have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the upcoming home games. The clash with newly promoted FC Nürnberg is followed two weeks later by the derby against FC Köln on Carnival Friday. Nine days later, Leverkusen will host TSG Hoffenheim.
