The Bayer 04 Fan Liaison consists of Lucia „Lucy“ Thum, Sebastian „Sebo“ Friedrich, Moritz Bremshey and Lisa Marie Ciupka as the main team and they also act as a contact point for all matters relating to Bayer 04. These can be requests, problems or also worries.

- Officer for fan issues (internal and external)
- Workshops,further education, dialogue meetings
- Organising and carrying out events: Mixed Zone talks, fan club meetings, Stammtisch discussions etc.
- National network partner for DFL and colleagues from other clubs
- Scouting fan work (visiting fan events, tournaments, etc.)
- Fan liaison at home games for the Werkself and the Bayer 04 Women's team
- Fan liaison at away games for the Werkself and the Bayer 04 Women's team
- Working group with ‘home end’ committee and fans

Outside matchday's, whether home or away, fan liaison is available to you via phone, email or in person. It answers questions and issues, passes these on if necessary and/or negotiates. In addition to direct work with fans, fan liaison also acts as an interface to many other areas and not just those at Bayer 04.
The Fan container in C Block opens two hours before kick-off for home games.
