The Service centre is available for all requests on Monday, 23 December, from 09.00 to 19.00 CET and on Tuesday, 24 December, from 09.00 to 14.00 CET. The service centre will be closed from 25 December up to and including 1 January 2025. The Service centre reopens for the normal hours (09.00 to 19.00) from Thursday, 2 January 2025.

The Bayer 04 Fanwelt is open on Monday, 23 December, from 10.00 to 19.04 CET and on Tuesday, 24 December, from 10.00 to 14.00 CET. The Fanwelt will then be closed up to and including 2 January 2025 – with stocktaking on the last day.
The Fanwelt will reopen in the New Year on Friday, 3 January 2025 (10.00 to 19.04).
