The 20-year-old has signed a three-year contract with the Dutch first division side. The Werkself signed the attacker in 2016 from second division FC St. Pauli for the Leverkusen U19 squad. Schreck is now the second Bayer 04 youth player to move to the Dutch Eredivisie following on from Atakan Akkaynak (to Willem II Tilburg in 2018).
