The meeting point for the public BayArena tours is the service area OST at the East Stand at the BayArena opposite McDonald's. Public matchday tours are held ahead of every home game. On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and Girls, Bayer 04 again joins in with the Orange Your City campaign. On Monday, 25 November, the BayArena will be lit up in orange between 17.00 and 22.00 CET. It is traditional on this day to have other significant buildings in Leverkusen lit up in orange.

The official launch of the 700 square metre plus state-of-the-art interactive shopping and world of experience on Wednesday afternoon followed an exclusive event the night before. The symbolic starting shot was made by special honoured guests before several hundred fans were able to gain their first impressions of the numerous products and interactive facilities – and the response has been very positive.

By adjusting the prices for season and match tickets, the double winners will return to the level of the season before the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in many areas.
