Stephan Rehm – Head of Events and BayArena-Plus

Stephan Rehm has been working in the events department of Bayer 04 Leverkusen Fußball GmbH since 1999. Prior to this, he gained experience at various clubs in the region. His passion for football began in his youth, when he operated the scoreboard in Düsseldorf's Rheinstadion from 1990. During his training as an events manager, he also wrote reports and interviews about local football in Düsseldorf for regional newspapers.

In his current position, Rehm and his team are responsible for organising home matches as well as meetings and conferences outside of match operations in the BayArena. He also organises the preparation phases of the professional team, in particular training camps and test matches. In addition, he acts as UEFA Main Contact and coordinates the co-operation between UEFA and the club within the framework of the UEFA club competitions. In this role, he is also a member of the UEFA Working Group, which deals with the adjustments to the regulations and their implementation, among other things.
