Lars Küpper – Head of Legal Affairs and Compliance

Lars Küpper is Head of Legal Affairs and Compliance at Bayer 04 since 1 July 2015. Since then, he has also taken over the responsibility for institutional relations and stadium bans at the club. After going to school in Opladen (Leverkusen), he studied law in Cologne and the United Kingdom.

He completed his traineeship as a lawyer in Düsseldorf and then worked for five and a half years as a lawyer in an international law firm in Brussels before moving to the legal department of Bayer AG in 2012. Here, his roles have included Compliance Officer for Bayer AG.
