Special event for home game against Borussia Dortmund
The Bayer 04 Soccer School is again organising a special event for the top game against Borussia Dortmund for children born between 2002 to 2009.
Football-mad players, born between 2002 and 2009, can take part in a WERKSELF FOR A DAY on Saturday 1 October 2016. The offer includes two training sessions at the Soccer CenTor just a short distance from the BayerArena, a communal lunch followed by a BayArena tour, a Bayer 04 T-shirt and a drinks bottle.
The day is rounded off with all participants, together with their parents, watching the top game between the Werkself and Borussia Dortmund. Priced at 125 euros, this will be an unforgettable football experience.
Parents and carers will have the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the BayArena on a guided tour between 13.00 and 14.00 CET at the special price of five euros. Enter the optional offer in the comments field on the online application.

Bayer 04 Football School: Mukiele and Lomb bombarded with questions at kids press conference
Werkself players Nordi Mukiele and Niklas Lomb attended the Bayer 04 Football School on Tuesday afternoon. In the first week of the autumn half-term, the new signing and the long-serving goalkeeper answered numerous questions from over 100 young footballers at the kids press conference. After the round of questions, there was of course a group photo as well as an autograph session, where the duo didn't leave a single kit or boot unsigned.

A highlight as ever: In the second week of summer holidays, the many children at the Bayer 04 Football School were able to look forward to meeting another Werkself player. This time it was Arthur who took time out to answer the questions from the inquisitive children and he was happy to pose for selfies and sign autographs.

A busy day just a few days before the actual start of pre-season preparations: On Thursday, Victor Boniface and Odilon Kossounou first worked up a sweat on the training pitch with another duo, after which the German double winners happily signed autographs and posed for selfies with the children of the Bayer 04 Football School.

Barrage of questions for Iglesias at kids press conference
What an early Easter present: a very special highlight awaited the young footballers of the Bayer 04 Football School at the BayArena as part of the Easter camp on Wednesday 27 March, as Werkself first-teamer Borja Iglesias visited the traditional kids press conference. The striker answered numerous interesting questions and revealed, among other things, what his favourite dish is and who used to be his idol.
