GENERAL INFORMATION

We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game other than on the special train. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the specific host club.

StadiUM

  • Stadium opens: 19:00 CET
  • Away entrance: ‘Gäste’ next to ‘Nord’ entrance
  • Away blocks: P+N – Upper tier 339-347
  • The usual security checks will take place on entering the stadium
  • Trial of electronic entrance checks therefore possible use of metal detectors
  • Alcohol checks are possible at any time, people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry
  • Storage facilities are available in the away section, the limited capacity. Cost: €2.00
  • Food and drink cannot be taken into the blocks. Payment for food and drinks as possible by cash or card (Payment in the Allianz Arena)
  • Smoking is banned from a block entrance in all blocks and spectator areas
  • Stairways within the away blocks must be kept clear
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Allianz Arena and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at Bayern Munich are accepted

TICKETS/MATCHDAY TICKET OFFICE

  • Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished.
  • Matchday ticket office not open on day of the game seated
  • Print@home tickets can be shown on smartphones

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Tuesday 4 March at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you if you do not have a ticket.

FAN paraphernalia

  • Permitted items:
    • Flags up to max. 1.5 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC).
    • Fan club banners and fence flags (containing own or fan club name) – unlimited (maximum height 1 metre, providing space is available, due to the boxes below fence flags in the upper tier cannot hang the lower and the bottom edge of the protective barrier)
  • For other fan materials please submit an email in advance to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de
  • Banner and materials check
    • Separate check of fan paraphernalia (megaphones, large flags, drums, double point fixtures, fence flags) at the turnstile at the away entrance
    • With representatives from fan liaison team

  • Wheelchair users arriving by car must park in car park P1 on level 3. Access for all wheelchair users, and guests, is via the south entrance (Einlass 1) (GoogleMaps coordinates)

directions & PARKing

  • Travelling by coach/9 seaters
    • Coaches must be registered at least two days before the game including registration via email to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de to ensure smooth operation
    • 9 seaters and other vehicles too big for the away car park (> 2 metres), e.g. minivans, minibuses et cetera must be parked with the coaches on the away coach park
    • Park on the away coach park, formerly North coach park (GoogleMaps coordinates)
    • Cost: €20 for coaches/€15 for 9-seaters
  • Travelling by car
    • Car park for away fans (P Gäste) (GoogleMaps coordinates)
    • Parking fee: Pre-booked €12 / on day of the match €15
    • Wheelchair users travelling by car must park in car park P1 on level 3. Access for all wheelchair users, including guests, is via the south entrance (Einlass 1) (GoogleMaps coordinates)
  • Travelling by public transport
    • Away fans (with tickets from the away allocation) travelling to the stadium with the U-Bahn no longer access the south entrance of the stadium via the esplanade but instead via the footpath on Fröttmaninger Heide (other side of the U-Bahn tracks)
    • The match tickets do NOT include travel on public transport
