STADIUM

  • Stadium opens: 13.30 CET – Kick-off: 15:30 CET.
  • Away entrance: Sector 5
  • Away block: Block Z
  • The usual security checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium.
  • Alcohol checks are possible – people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry. Random tests are possible at any time.
  • Storage facilities: Available in away end and free of charge. Limited capacity.
  • Separate individual checks can be made in the search for prohibited items. These checks are carried out by the security staff and can only be carried out in the presence of Fan Liaison or Fan Project personnel.
  • Payment for food and drinks: Via all common payment methods.
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the An der alten Försterei stadium and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at FC Union Berlin are recognised.
  • Show consideration for each other and keep the gangways clear.

TICKETS/ MATCHDAY TICKET OFFICE

  • Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished / All tickets have been sold.
  • Matchday ticket office for seats for Bayer 04 fans: closed.
  • Print@Home tickets also available on mobile phones.

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Thursday at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. At the weekend or on the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility to help you if you do not have a ticket!

FAN paraphernalia

  • Permitted items:
    • Flags up to max. 1.5 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC)
    • Fan club banners and fence flags (as long as space is available – exits must remain clear)
    • For other fan items please submit an email in good time to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de.
  • Banner and materials check
    • Left side of the away entrance, approx. 30 metres
    • With three people and representatives of the Fan Liaison team.
    • For permissions not covered by the stadium regulations (e.g. megaphones, drums, large flags) the holder will be stopped. Personal details will be quickly taken and destroyed after the game.

  • Travelling by coach
    • Away coach park ‘P-Fanhaus’.
    • GoogleMaps coordinates.
    • Address for satnav: Lindenstraße, 12555 Berlin (Right next to the Shell garage).
    • PLEASE NOTE: Coaches have to be registered in advance. Please send the registration in writing by 25 November at the latest to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de.
    • Free of charge – only if registered in advance!
  • Travelling by car
    • From Autobahn A10 (Berliner Ring) or A100 (Stadtautobahn) take the A113 to exit Berlin-Adlershof, then follow Ernst-Ruska-Ufer (later Köpenicker Str. and Glienicker Weg), turn left at Spindlersfelder Str., then right onto An der Wuhlheide.
    • PLEASE NOTE: There is limited parking in the immediate vicinity of the stadium.
    • Tip: From Monday to Saturday (up to 21.00 CET) the multi-storey car park at the Forum Köpenick (Bahnhofstraße 33 - 38, 12555 Berlin) is available. (GoogleMaps link).
    • There is free parking at the Park and Ride car park at the S-Bhf. Altglienicke. From there the stadium can be reached using the S-Bahn connection Schöneweide/Spindlersfeld and a short walk.
    • Disabled parking spaces are available in limited numbers at the away car park and must be requested in advance via the fan liaison team at the visiting club.

  • Travelling by public transport
    • Away fans are recommended to travel via S-Bhf. Spindlersfeld. From there it is a 20-minute walk to the Stadion An der Alten Försterei.
    • From the main station with the S9 (Direction Berlin-Schönefeld Airport) to S-Bhf. Baumschulenweg, then S47 to terminus S-Bhf. Spindlersfeld.
    • From Schönefeld take the S45/S9 (Direction Südkreuz/Spandau) to S-Bhf. Schöneweide, then S47 to terminus S-Bhf. Spindlersfeld. Travel via S-Bhf. Spindlersfeld is recommended.
  • Travelling by plane
    • From airport BER Willy Brandt from Flughafen BER Terminal 1-2 take S45/S9 (Direction Südkreuz/Spandau) to S-Bhf. Schöneweide, then tram 60/67 (Direction Friedrichshagen, Altes Wasserwerk/Krankenhaus Köpenick) to Alte Försterei stop.
    • A taxi journey from BER Airport to the Stadion An der Alten Försterei costs around €30.
