We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game other than on the special train. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the specific host club.
Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Thursday at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. At the weekend or on the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you if you do not have a ticket!
In and around the Holstein Stadion there are almost no parking spaces available to cope with the number of expected supporters. In addition, there are roadblocks in the immediate vicinity of the stadium. Therefore, a centrally located and monitored car park is available. From there there is a two kilometre walk to the stadium. A free shuttle bus service to the away section has been set up at the car park.
Safer spaces: You can speak to the Awareness team, recognisable by their purple vests, at any time in the stadium or call them by scanning the QR code. Signs of the QR codes can be found both in the home and away ends, at the block entrances, stalls and toilets. Further information can be found at Safer Spaces
Our mobile Bayer 04 fan shop will again be available for this away game. You can find it at the away end. You can get current Bayer 04 fan merchandise from our colleagues.
If you require further information, we will keep you up-to-date on Facebook and Instagram.
