general information

We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game other than on the special train. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the specific host club.

Stadium

  • Stadium opens: 13.30 CET – kick-off: 15.30 CET
  • Away entrance: Entrance M+P Gäste (visitors)
  • Away blocks: M & P
  • The usual security checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium
  • Alcohol checks are possible – people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry. Random checks are possible at any time
  • Storage facilities available at away ticket desk, limited capacity
  • Payment for all food and drink is possible via the all usual payment methods
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Holstein Stadion and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at Holstein Kiel are accepted
  • Show consideration for each other by keeping the gangways clear

Tickets/matchday ticket office

  • Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished. All tickets are sold
  • Matchday ticket office for seated Bayer 04 fans is closed
  • The print@home tickets must be printed off and produced on demand

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Thursday at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. At the weekend or on the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you if you do not have a ticket!

Fan paraphernalia

  • Permitted items:
    • Flags up to max. 2.0 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC)
    • Fan club banners and fence flags (as long as space is available – emergency exits must be kept clear)
  • For other fan materials please submit an email in good time to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de
  • Banner and materials check
    • Next to the away entrance on the left
    • With three people and representatives of the Fan Liaison team
    • For permissions not covered by the stadium regulations (e.g. megaphones, drums, large flags) the holder will be stopped. Personal details will be taken and destroyed after the game.

Guide for people with disabilities

  • Fans with wheelchairs: The wheelchair spaces are in the main stand in Block G. Wheelchair users are asked to use the Eingang Süd (South Stand entrance) next to ticket centre 501. Travel by public transport is accessible to all. If you have any questions on parking near to the stadium, please contact our inclusion team.
  • Visually impaired fans: To be able to use the audio descriptive reporting at the Holstein Stadion, you can easily connect to the radio for the visually impaired using your mobile phone and your own headset. The radio for the visually impaired is free to receive throughout the stadium. To receive the visually impaired radio you will need either the Raydio app - audio inclusion of the official Holstein Kiel app. Both apps are available from the Apple store and the Google Play store. If you need wireless access please contact one of the members of our exclusion team.

Directions & PARKing

In and around the Holstein Stadion there are almost no parking spaces available to cope with the number of expected supporters. In addition, there are roadblocks in the immediate vicinity of the stadium. Therefore, a centrally located and monitored car park is available. From there there is a two kilometre walk to the stadium. A free shuttle bus service to the away section has been set up at the car park.

  • Travelling by coach
    • Away coaches can park in the car park next to the away section. Roadblocks are to be expected in the immediate vicinity the stadium so we therefore recommend taking the following route:
    • Having arrived in Kiel take the A215 then the B76 in the direction of Eckernförde
    • Do not take the first exit to the Holstein Stadion but carry on in the direction of Eckernförde. Take the exit Kiel-Steenbek/Projensdorf. Turn right at the lights into Steenbeker Weg
    • Follow Steenbeker Weg to the Projensdorfer Straße junction. Then turn right onto Projensdorfer Straße
    • From now you will come directly to the stadium and the away block were you will find the away car park
  • Travelling by nine seaters & cars
    • Directions to car park:
    • B 76 to exit Kronshagen Nord
    • Turn left onto Eckernförder Straße
    • Turn right after 800 metres into Johann-Fleck-Straße
    • Turn right after 500 metres into Olshausenstraße
    • On Olshausenstraße drive to Leibnizstraße on the left and turn into it
    • The monitored shuttle service car park is at the end of the street
    • Address for satnav:

    • Parking fee: free of charge
  • Travelling by public transport
    • Anyone travelling by rail can take bus X91 directly to the stadium from the Kiel Hauptbahnhof. The stadium shuttle runs every 15 minutes from two hours before kick-off.

Safer spaces: You can speak to the Awareness team, recognisable by their purple vests, at any time in the stadium or call them by scanning the QR code.
