FIRST THINGS FIRST:

  • As is normal with European away games, fans could be asked to stay behind after the final whistle. The duration of that is decided by the police. Neither us nor the opposing club can influence the time of being kept behind.
  • Every Bayer 04 fan must be able to produce ID at any time.
  • Please note that the Spanish police are quick to intervene if escape routes are being obstructed. We therefore recommend following the directions of the security staff and the police.
  • We have taken several security measures and we will be happy to help in case of doubt.
  • Please note the recommended use of the green Line 5 on the local transport network. You are advised not to use the orange Line 7.
  •  If you have not received your ticket by Monday at 14.00 CET or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre (0049 (0)214 5000 1904 or info@bayer04.de). On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you if you do not have a ticket!

STADIUM

  • Stadium opens: 19.00 CET – Kick-off: 21.00 CET
  • Atletico Madrid recommend arriving early
  • Away entrance: North entrance via Gates 23 & 24
  • There will be three ticket checks at the stadium
  • In addition, there will be the usual, strict control measures
  • Alcohol checks are possible – people under the influence of alcohol or otherwise standing out may be refused entry.
  • Access to the stadium from the the start of the second half is not possible for security reasons
  • Storage facilities: Not available at away end
  • Payment methods for food and drink: cash, cashless and with EC or credit cards as well as mobile phones
  • By purchasing a ticket, the current General Terms and Conditions at Atletico Madrid are accepted.

tickets / matchday ticket office

  • Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished
  • There is no matchday ticket office

MEETING POINT

The Plaza del Céfiro is designated as a meeting point. From there it is a 25 minute walk to the Estadio Metropolitano. You can travel to the meeting point using Line 5 (green line). Atletico recommend using the meeting point and not to use other areas, particularly to the south of the stadium, or other routes. The fan march is due to set off at 18.00 CET.

  • Alcohol is strictly forbidden in the stadium
  • Payment methods: cash, cashless and with EC or credit cards as well as mobile phones
