Tah was sent off by referee Guido Winkmann in last Saturday’s Bundesliga fixture at Bayern Munich after a foul on Philippe Coutinho just outside the penalty area on 81 minutes. The referee issued the red card for a professional foul.
Bayer 04 have accepted the decision. That means the Werkself central defender will miss the next two games against FC Schalke 04 at the BayArena (Saturday, 7 December, 18.30 CET) and the derby against FC Köln (Saturday, 14 December, 15.30 CET).
Bayer 04 have organised a range of events at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium for the home game against Werder Bremen Sunday, 16 March. Part of the family matchday is an autograph session with two of the currently injured players Katharina Piljic and Vanessa Haim.
