Tickets for the home game against Holstein Kiel

The exclusive sale to Bayer 04 Club members and season ticket holders begins on Tuesday, 3 September at noon CEST. Tickets are not currently planned to go on open sale.

Delivery information:

  • All match tickets are exclusively available as print@home or e-tickets.

Payment methods

  • Online shop: Direct debit, credit card, PayPal

Allocation:

  • Long-standing members (before 30.06.2022 – SPECIAL 1): Whole stadium
  • Members (from 01.07.2022-30.06.2024 – SPECIAL 2): Blocks A, H, F4/F9
  • New members (from 01.07.2024 – SPECIAL 3/MG-NE): Blocks A, H, F4/F9

Queuing system for online shop

  • A waiting room for the shop will be available from 11.45.
  • From noon, fans will enter the Bayer 04 online shop from there in random order.
  • The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order of access. Queuing early does not bring any advantages.
  • All other fans join the back of the queue from 12 noon.

Ticket limit:

  • Ticket limit: 2
  • Current season cards are included in the restriction
    • For season card purchasers the number of season cards will be accounted for in the ticket limit.
    • Season cardholders pay the same as members and can purchase two tickets.
  • Tickets, bought in the advance booking phase, also count towards the ticket limit.

Ticket exchange:

  • The ticket exchange is open and Hinrunde games can be entered at any time.
  • The purchase of seats via the ticket exchange is possible from the start date of the individual ticket sale.
