His first appearance for Germany since the summer of 2022 saw Jonathan Tah play in the 2-1 win against France in the autumn of last year under caretaker coach Rudi Völler. The current Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann now calls on the services of Tah again. The Hamburg-born defender has gone the full distance in all six games under Nagelsmann. He has played at the back on the right as well as in central defence.

Tah was in the squad for EURO 2016 in France but he did not appear in the tournament at the age of 20.

FURTHER CALL-UPS TO COME
